Students of III to V classes
of Orchids-The international school went to the field to Birla Planetarium on 11/07/12. Planetarium is one of the most
modern and one of its kinds in India. Planetarium is both educative and
entertaining.
The sky shows are conducted with periodically
varying themes about the various elements of the universe such as the solar
system, Man on the Moon, Comets, Meteors, the Cosmos, the Eclipses.
This trip enabled the students to learn
science in a conducive environment enhancing the learning process. It was
amazing how the entire planetary motions have been captured. The sky comes
alive, with all its galaxies.
